Typical Application :
Cast Alnico magnet are made by pouring melted alnico into a mold. The solidified material is rough ground and then hear treated and cooled.
Cast Alnico magnet represent the most versatile magnet material available. The range of properties can be accurately designed for specific applications by changes to element analysis and heat treatment.
Cast alnico magnet have the vast range of complex shapes and sizes at an economical cost, it’s ideal for high temperature application up to 550 °C, the hardness of 50 Rockwell C which is suitable for grinding. 
Cast Alnico magnet are applied to automobile parts, instruments, audio apparatus, electronic motors, educational equipment and aerospace equipment.

Suitable for grinding and light cutting on surface grinder, EDM and drilling & milling machine.
